Delivery & Returns

Delivery policy

Delivery should happen within 3-5 working days,  unless something out of our control happens. 

If something out of our control happens, we will let you know immediately and reschedule delivery.

Cost of delivery will be dependent on the delivery address as well as the weight of your order. Tile Nouveau currently only supplies ad delivers within a 120km radius from our premises near Bronkhorstspruit. Once this changes this page will be updated as well as the regions of delivery.

This is the process:

1. Add the products to your cart and then checkout.
2. Provide your personal and contact details.
3. You can select your delivery & payment method during the checkout process.

Customers also have the option to arrange for private collection from our premises at no additional charge. Collection needs to be arranged at least three working days in advance to ensure the stock is ready for collection.

• Quotes are valid for 7 days. Or while stocks last.
• Pictures are for illustration purposes only.
• Subject to omissions or errors.

Returns policy

Returns/ cancellations of goods are accepted at the sole discretion of Tile Nouveau and is subject to the following:

• Original purchase documentation must be presented.
• Full unopened boxes/packages returned within 7 days from date of invoice and provided we have stock in the same branch.
• All other grades/ markdowns and first grade specials: no guarantee whatsoever, sold voetstoots, no returns, no exchanges, no refunds, no cancellation.
• Any tiles that have already been laid WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
